DairiConcepts operates a well-documented traditional Food Quality and Safety Management System, backed by a corporate culture dedicated to continuous improvement. The eight manufacturing plants received the world-renowned Safe Quality Food (SQF) Level 3 certification, which represents the highest and most complete level of food safety and assurance within the SQF code.
The scope of this system covers the development, manufacture and packaging of cheese, dairy powders and concentrates, cheese products, non-dairy creams, infant formulas, nutritional products and other specific dairy products at the industrial level.

Requirements of the Suppliers
Our suppliers are carefully selected based on their compliance with our Critical Ingredient Acceptance Objectives (CIAO) and Requirements for Ingredient Specifications for sensory, micro, chemical and physical examinations, shelf life, product integrity product and safety expectations, all focused on the taste, quality and consistency resulting from our products.
DairiConcepts prides itself on its superior customer service and technical assistance, but does not provide Quality Assurance services as a commercial function per contract unrelated to production.
